Good morning Alex Two weeks ago you were urgently requested to send us some updated files. On time delivery of a report to an important client depended on the reception of these files. The files arrived eight days later than requested and they were three months outdated. This situation was communicated to you upon the files reception. I was assured by the person in charge that the mistake would have been solved the following day. That happened six days ago and I have been waiting for those files ever since (desde entonces). In case they don´t arrive today, delivery won´t be done before the deadline and a penalty clause will be activated. Please respond asap.

Technical knowledge is very important for big companies, but other soft skills like communication are transcendental too. Gfi one of the biggest multinational of consultancy outsourcing and systems integration that is looking for a specialist in Java, .NET for work in business intelligence or big data. The companies have detected that communication problems of the professionals in the tech field are their biggest problem to progress, detecting it in the selection process.  In order to progress, they will need another type of attitude that is more creative and focused on teamwork, communication and leadership. Basic programming skills will not be enough.  The reason for all this is that the profiles that don't cover these requirements can be substituted for AI in the future.
